Immersion Photos

Hello Everyone!
Sometimes I sit and think about teaching yoga and just how lucky I am to have such a cool job. Tonight is one of those nights. Thinking over the weekend, I am filled with such gratitude for the opportunity to teach Anusara Yoga and for the group of people who assembled for the first weekend of the Immersions at YogaYoga. I had such a great time this weekend. We have such an incredible group-- full of shiny, beautiful people and practitioners.
What a fun year this is going to be...

So Kelly took lots of pics. Here are some of them. He said he will come back next time and take more. Enjoy. (And yes, Laura, I think we should clear away the plunder for the brochure shots!) Thanks again, everyone, for a super weekend. Please stay in touch.

Thanks to Kelly for taking such fabulous pics! And thanks Christina for your wonderful facilitation in getting to know the Anusara method. Once again, my body is feeling much more integrated after such a lovely weekend with such sweet souls!

This weekend was so amazing for me. I couldn't have imagined a better group of women (and Jeremiah) to share this immersion experience with. My body is sore and tired, but I have finally found a yoga method that feels like home. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thanks to Christina and everyone for an "inspiring" yoga weekend. I enjoyed showing the pictures to my family. (Well done on those, Kelly!) I wondered how an intense couple of days of practice followed by a three-hour drive home would affect my enthusiasm for getting up this morning, getting the kids ready for day camp, and teaching my class. I'm pleased to report that, (thanks to all of those backbends? or was it the breath work? or having the support of all of you beautiful souls?), everything turned out just fine. Best wishes to all, I miss you already, and I look forward to next time.
