THE BRIGHT AND SHINY GROUP...
THE BRIGHT AND SHINY GROUP...
I got home to Austin around 2:00, Kelly and I Went for lunch at Whole Foods and then a walk around Town Lake. Then I taught my class at 7th Street Yoga and we went out for Samosas at the Clay Pit. Yum! I was pretty darn tired by the time we got home and so after putting in some laundry we went to bed.
Okay then, off to practice now before my afternoon in Austin.

It is really a treat to see the photos of this group. I was interested in hearing your perspective on what format for Immersion works best. As a student, I've wondered if the week-style allowed enough time for integration ... ie do you really have time to "get it". Of course we've all concurred that our particular format was TOO spread out and thus more subject to a "loss of momentum." It's interesting.
Glad your home! Looking forward to class this afternoon.
