Okay so this will be brief as I am a bit brain fried from a long email exchange of Anusara Yoga confusion that took a lot of my day to deal with. Anyhoo- back to the vacation-
Surfing was fabulous. Sarah is such a good teacher. She was super patient and encouraging. I managed to stand up on my board and even ride some waves and even recover my balance while remining standing several times. I think some of what I did even qualifies as surfing. Sort of. If we are generous about it. Which we will be.
Then we went out to a lovely trendy spot for a great dinner, took a walk on the beach and went by Sarah and John's house for a visit. It was nice to spend time with them although I think we spoiled the movement toward bedtime for the kiddos.
This morning Anne and I did our morning practices, enjoyed some excellent coffee and then did asana before heading out on our excursion. It was an awesome day full of fun and amazing sights of nature and a great soak in some natural hot springs. We saw bears, bald eagles, whales and super stunning landscapes after super stunning landscape. After I post this we are going to get dinner and finish up the day with some Big Love.

Part of the excursion involves wearing warm suits for the ride on the zodiac. Here is Anne donning her attire... And me...
The two of us, cracking up. We are the only two people going on the tour who are hysterically laughing which is not unusual in these situations.
Leaving shore...
Anne, en route...
You may not be able to see it but there is a black dot in this picture and that black dot is a bear.

That looks awesome! You and Anne look like teenagers playing in that waterfall!

Okay, you really must add these photos to the main part of your blog page ... and/or your other website in general. Fabulous!
